Service Agreement

[Preamble and Introduction]

Welcome to using VJSP software and services!

To use the VJSP software (hereinafter referred to as "this Software") and services, you should read and comply with the "Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially clauses that exempt or limit liability, as well as separate agreements for activating or using certain services. Exemptions and limitations may be highlighted in bold to draw your attention.Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement, you should not download, install, or use this Software and related services. Your acts of downloading, installing, using, registering, logging in, etc., indicate that you have read and agreed to be bound by the aforementioned agreements.If you are under 18 years old, please read this Agreement and the other agreements mentioned above under the guidance of your legal guardian.

1. Scope of the Agreement

1.1 【Scope of Agreement Applicability】

This Agreement is an agreement between you and Shanghai Ruicheng Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "VJSP") regarding your downloading, installation, use, and copying of the VJSP software, as well as your use of VJSP related services.

1.2 【Content Referenced by this License Agreement】

The license content under this Agreement refers to the VJSP software license and corresponding service content provided to you by VJSP.

1.3 【Agreement Relationship and Conflicting Clauses】

The content of this Agreement also includes relevant agreements, business rules, etc., that VJSP may continuously publish regarding this Software. Once the aforementioned content is officially released, it shall become an inseparable part of this Agreement, and you shall likewise comply.

2. About this Software

2.1 【Content of this Software】

This Software refers to the VJSP software and services (hereinafter referred to as "this Software") provided by VJSP, including service functions or content such as dialogue Q&A, code completion, etc., including plugin functions running on code editors such as VSCode and IntelliJ IDEA.

2.2 【Form of this Software】

The terminals for this Software include plugin functions on code editors such as VSCode and IntelliJ IDEA.

2.3 【Scope of Software License】

2.3.1 VJSP grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use this Software. You may use this Software on code editors such as VSCode and IntelliJ IDEA.

2.3.2 All other rights not explicitly granted in Clause 2.3.1 and other clauses of this Agreement are still reserved by VJSP. You must obtain separate written permission from VJSP to exercise these rights. If VJSP does not exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it does not constitute a waiver of that right.

3. Obtaining the Software

3.1 You can download, obtain, and use this Software through the plugin markets of code editors such as VSCode and IntelliJ IDEA, as well as the website.

3.2 If you obtain this Software or an installation program with the same name as this Software from a third party not authorized by VJSP, VJSP cannot guarantee that the software can function normally and shall not be responsible for any losses incurred to you as a result.

4. Installation and Uninstallation of the Software

VJSP may have developed different software versions for different terminal devices, systems, etc. You should choose and install the appropriate version according to the actual situation, and you must not install this Software on other terminal devices not expressly permitted by VJSP. VJSP shall not bear any responsibility for the risks and losses caused by your failure to correctly install the appropriate software version.

5. Updates to the Software

5.1 In order to enhance user experience and improve service content, VJSP will continuously strive to develop new services and provide you with software updates from time to time (these updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, feature enhancement, version upgrade, etc.).

5.2 In order to improve user experience and ensure the security and functional consistency of the services, VJSP has the right to update the software or change or restrict the effects of some software functions without special notice to you.

5.3 After a new version of this Software is released, older versions of the software may become unusable. VJSP does not guarantee the continued availability of older versions of the software or the corresponding customer service and maintenance services. Please check and update to the latest version at any time.

6. Protection of User Personal Information

6.1 Protecting user personal information is a basic principle of VJSP. VJSP will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal information. Except as required by laws and regulations, VJSP will not disclose user personal information to third parties without the user's authorization and consent. VJSP uses professional encryption storage and transmission methods for relevant information to ensure the security of user personal information.

6.2 During the process of registering an account or using this Software, you need to provide some necessary information, for example, logging in by binding a VJSP account requires you to first register (and complete real-name verification) and log in to the VJSP account. If national laws and regulations ( "Laws and regulations" in this Agreement refer to the currently effective laws, administrative regulations, judicial interpretations, local regulations, local rules, departmental rules, and other normative documents, as well as any modifications and supplements thereto from time to time, and relevant policy provisions, etc., in the region/country to which the user belongs/is located, the same below) have special provisions, you need to provide real identity information (such as mobile phone number, etc.). If the information you provide is incomplete, you may not be able to use this Software or may be restricted during use.

6.3 For how your personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected, and what rights you enjoy when you use your VJSP account to log in to this Software, you can read the "VJSP Privacy Policy" for further understanding.

6.4 You should fully respect the personal information of any person, including other users, that you learn about, receive, or have access to through this Software. You should not collect, copy, store, disseminate, or use the personal information of other users in any other way without the consent of the other users. Otherwise, you shall bear the consequences arising therefrom.

6.5 During your use of this Software and services, if it involves uploading and processing personal information not belonging to you, please ensure that you have obtained the explicit consent of the personal information subject in advance (separate consent shall be obtained for sensitive personal information). The scope of authorization should include your transmission of personal information data to VJSP and entrusting VJSP to process the data. Please note that whether you provide personal information and what kind of personal information you provide is entirely your autonomous decision. VJSP does not recommend that you provide personal information that may affect your legitimate rights and interests. You should not provide others' personal information without authorization. If VJSP improperly processes any relevant data due to your failure to comply with this clause when uploading/processing data, you shall bear all consequences yourself. VJSP has the right to take measures immediately based on its reasonable unilateral judgment, including deleting relevant information and data, suspending services, freezing or canceling your account, and requiring you to compensate VJSP for all losses, without bearing any responsibility.

6.6 【Model Optimization and Service Quality Improvement】 To continuously improve the artificial intelligence model capabilities of this Software, optimize output quality, and enhance your service experience, you know and agree that, under the premise of strictly de-identifying and anonymizing your personal information and input/output content in accordance with laws and regulations and the "VJSP Privacy Policy" to ensure that specific personal identities cannot be identified, VJSP has the right to use the aforementioned processed data globally for internal research and development activities such as training, optimization, testing, and evaluation of this Software's models. Such use is free of charge and non-exclusive, and VJSP commits to strictly comply with relevant data security and privacy protection regulations. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned authorization, you can provide us with your feedback. Upon receiving your feedback, we will no longer use the data for the purposes stated above.

7. Main Rights and Obligations Clauses

7.1 【Account Usage Specifications】

7.1.1 You need to log in to a real-name verified VJSP account to use this Software and the provided related services. During the account registration process, you should actively check the agreement to the "VJSP Service Agreement" and the "VJSP Privacy Policy," and complete real-name verification as guided. Please comply with the "VJSP User Agreement," relevant account usage agreements, and special rules issued by VJSP for the specific rules regarding your registration, login, and use of the VJSP account.

7.1.2 You are responsible for properly keeping the registered account information and the security of the account password. You need to bear legal responsibility for the actions under your registered account and password. You agree not to disclose your account and password information to others under any circumstances. If you suspect that someone else is using your account, you should immediately notify VJSP.

7.2 【User Notes】

7.2.1 You understand and agree: In order to provide you with effective services, this Software will utilize your terminal device's processor, bandwidth, and other resources. The use of this Software may incur data traffic fees. Users need to inquire about relevant fee information from their operators and bear the relevant costs themselves.

7.2.2 When you use a specific function of this Software, VJSP may, after obtaining your authorization, use relevant permissions, interfaces, information, etc., of your terminal device to implement the corresponding function. You can choose not to provide VJSP with certain information or cancel VJSP's right to collect certain information according to the product settings, but this may result in the inability to implement related service functions.

7.2.3 You understand and agree that VJSP will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of your data storage in this Software and services. However, VJSP cannot provide a complete guarantee, including the following situations:

(1) VJSP is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of your data in this Software and/or related data of this Software caused by reasons not attributable to VJSP.

(2) You should back up the data and information stored in this Software and/or related to this Software yourself, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

(3) If you stop using this Software and/or the services, or your use of this Software is canceled or terminated due to your violation of laws, regulations, or this Agreement, VJSP has the right to permanently delete your data from the server. After your service is stopped, terminated, or canceled, VJSP has no obligation to return any data to you.

7.3 You fully understand and agree: VJSP has the right to modify, suspend, interrupt, or cancel the services provided to you with prior notice due to business adjustments and other reasons. If such actions cause losses to you or others, VJSP does not need to bear any compensation liability.

7.4 Please pay special attention that if you apply this Software to your products, applications, or functions and provide services externally, you, as a provider of generative artificial intelligence services, deep synthesis services, and internet information services, etc., shall comply with the relevant provisions of applicable laws such as the "Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services," "Regulations on the Management of Algorithmic Recommendation for Internet Information Services," and "Regulations on the Management of Deep Synthesis of Internet Information Services," and shall perform relevant legal obligations and bear corresponding legal responsibilities in accordance with the law for the generated content and the use of your products, applications, and functions by users (i.e., "users of generative artificial intelligence services"), including:

(1) Implement the main responsibility for information security, establish and improve management systems such as algorithm mechanism review, user registration, information content management, data security and personal information protection, minor protection, and employee education and training, and have safe and controllable technical support measures compatible with the development of new technologies and applications.

(2) Formulate and publish management rules and platform conventions, sign service agreements with users, prominently prompt users of their information security obligations, and perform corresponding management responsibilities according to law and agreement.

(3) Authenticate the real identity information of users according to law. If users do not undergo real identity information authentication, you shall not provide them with information release services.

(4) Shall bear the responsibility of network information content producers according to law, fulfill network information security obligations, adopt technical or manual methods to review users' input data and generated content, and if illegal content is found, take timely measures such as stopping generation, stopping transmission, and elimination, take measures such as model optimization training for rectification, and report to the relevant authorities; establish and improve feature libraries for identifying illegal and undesirable information content, improve inclusion standards, rules, and procedures, and record and retain relevant network logs; take corresponding disposal measures against illegal and undesirable information according to law, and take measures such as warning, function restriction, service suspension, and account closure against relevant users according to law and agreement.

(5) Strengthen the management of generative artificial intelligence and deep synthesis technologies, and regularly review, evaluate, and verify algorithm mechanisms; if providing models, templates, and other tools with editing functions for biometric information such as human faces and voices, or non-biometric information that may involve national security and social public interests such as special objects and scenes, conduct security assessments themselves to prevent information security risks.

(6) Strengthen training data management to ensure lawful and legitimate data processing and take necessary measures to ensure data security. If training data contains personal information data, they shall also comply with relevant personal information protection regulations and shall not illegally process personal information.

(7) For generated content such as pictures and videos produced by users using your products, applications, and functions, take technical measures according to law to add prominent labels to avoid causing public confusion or misidentification, save log information according to law, and make the published and disseminated generated information content identifiable and traceable by themselves.

(8) Shall fulfill protection obligations according to law for users' input information and usage records, shall not collect unnecessary personal information, shall not illegally retain input information and usage records that can identify users' identities, and shall not illegally provide users' input information and usage records to others; shall accept and process individual users' requests for accessing, copying, correcting, supplementing, and deleting their personal information, etc., according to law and in a timely manner.

(9) Establish and improve rumor-refuting mechanisms. If users are found to use deep synthesis technology to produce, copy, publish, or disseminate false information, take corresponding rumor-refuting measures in a timely manner and report relevant information to cyberspace administration and other departments for record.

(10) Set up convenient and effective user appeals and public complaints and reporting channels, publish processing procedures and feedback time limits, and accept, process, and provide feedback on the results in a timely manner.

(11) If you provide generative artificial intelligence services with public opinion attributes or social mobilization capabilities, you shall conduct security assessments according to relevant national regulations and perform algorithm filing and change and cancellation filing procedures in accordance with the "Regulations on the Management of Algorithmic Recommendation for Internet Information Services."

7.5 To comply with national laws and regulations regarding deep synthesis services and generative artificial intelligence services and promote the transparent use of AI-generated synthetic content, this platform adds explicit labels in the interface of AI-generated synthetic content or interactive scenarios and adds implicit labels in the file metadata of generated synthetic content (containing production element information such as generated synthetic content attribute information, service provider name or code, content number, etc.). Please be sure to read and understand the relevant labeling management requirements carefully. The specific labeling methods for explicit labels are as follows:

(1) Text content: Add labels such as "【AI Generated/Synthesized】" or other text or corner marks containing both AI elements and generation/synthesis elements at appropriate positions such as the 【beginning/end/middle】 of the text or the 【top, bottom, background】 of the interaction interface.

(2) Other scenarios: According to the application characteristics of the AI generation/synthesis service scenario itself, add labels such as "【AI Generated/Synthesized】" or other identifiers containing both AI elements and generation/synthesis elements at appropriate positions.

8. User Conduct Guidelines

8.1 【Information Content Specifications】

8.1.1 The information content referred to in this clause includes any content produced, copied, published, or disseminated by users during the use of this Software and services, as well as content resources provided by third-party products during the use of this Software and services, including information such as avatars, names, user descriptions, profiles under your account, or text, voice, pictures, videos, etc., uploaded or published by users, related links, pages, and other content generated by users using this Software and services.

8.1.2 You must ensure that you own the intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, etc.) of the information content you upload or publish or have obtained legal authorization, and there is no infringement of any third party's legitimate rights. Otherwise, VJSP has the right to handle it according to Clauses 8.4 and 8.5.

8.1.3 You must abide by laws and regulations when using this Software, and must not produce, copy, publish, or disseminate information containing the following content or engage in related behaviors, nor provide convenience for the production, copying, publication, dissemination of information containing the following content or engaging in related behaviors. Otherwise, VJSP has the right to handle it according to Clauses 8.4 and 8.5:

(1) Violating the basic principles established by the constitution.

(2) Endangering national unity, sovereignty, or territorial integrity.

(3) Endangering national security or damaging national honor or interests.

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, harming ethnic feelings or infringing upon ethnic customs and habits, or undermining national unity.

(5) Violating national religious policies, promoting cults and superstitions.

(6) Promoting obscenity, gambling, violence, and criminal activities related to drugs, or abetting crimes.

(7) Contrary to social morality or the excellent national cultural traditions.

(8) Insulting, slandering others, or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.

(9) Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

8.2 【Software Usage Specifications】

8.2.1 Unless permitted by law or with written permission from VJSP, you shall not engage in the following activities:

(1) Remove copyright information on this Software and its copies.

(2) Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile this Software, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of this Software.

(3) Use, lease, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, assemble, publish, publish, establish mirror sites, etc., for the content owned by VJSP's intellectual property.

(4) Copy, modify, add, delete, hook up and run, or create any derivative works from the data released into any terminal memory during the operation of this Software, the interactive data between the client and the server during the operation of the software, and the system data necessary for the operation of this Software, in the form of including the use of plugins, add-ons, or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access this Software and related systems.

(5) Modify or forge instructions and data in the operation of the software, add, delete, or change the functions or operating effects of the software, or operate or disseminate to the public the software and methods used for the above purposes, regardless of whether these acts are for commercial purposes.

(6) Use non-VJSP developed or authorized third-party software, plugins, add-ons, systems to log in or use this Software and/or services, or produce, publish, or disseminate the above tools.

(7) Interfere with this Software and/or services and their components, modules, data, etc., by yourself, authorize others, or use third-party software.

(8) Other behaviors that may affect or interfere with the normal operation of this Software and/or services.

8.2.2 You understand and agree that based on comprehensive factors such as user experience, operational security and healthy development of this Software, and VJSP's commercial purposes, VJSP has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services under the following circumstances:

(1) Violation of laws, regulations, or the provisions of this Agreement.

(2) Affecting service experience.

(3) Presence of security risks.

(4) Inducing other users to click on link pages or share information.

(5) Using any function of this Software and services for promotion or mutual promotion without the written permission of VJSP.

(6) Contrary to the operational principles of this Software, or not meeting other management requirements of VJSP.

8.3 【Responsibility for Your Own Actions】

You fully understand and agree that you need to be responsible for all your actions under the use of this Software and services. Due to technical and other reasons, VJSP cannot make any guarantees regarding the security, correctness, timeliness, completeness, practicality, etc., of the results obtained from your use of this Software and services. You need to judge the results obtained from your use of this Software and services yourself and bear all risks arising from the use of the content. VJSP cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the aforementioned risks, but VJSP commits to continuously strive to improve service quality.

8.4 【Breach Handling】

8.4.1 You understand and agree that VJSP has the right to take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement based on reasonable judgment, and take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates the law, and save relevant information and report it to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations, etc. The user shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom alone. These legal actions include the following measures (the duration of specific measures shall be determined by VJSP according to the corresponding circumstances of your illegal and breach acts):

(1) Warning you.

(2) Restricting your use of part or all of the functions of this Software and/or services.

(3) Deleting, blocking relevant content, or disconnecting links.

(4) Suspending or terminating your use of the corresponding account under this Software (referred to as "account banning").

(5) Taking other reasonable and legal measures.

(6) Pursuing your legal liability according to law.

8.4.2 You understand and agree that if you violate the provisions of this Agreement or relevant service terms, resulting in or giving rise to any claims, demands, or losses asserted by a third party, you shall bear responsibility independently; if VJSP suffers losses as a result, you shall also compensate accordingly.

8.4.3 You understand and agree that during the public beta or trial period (free or not) of this Software and services, VJSP will not make any commitments regarding the availability and reliability of this service. Your work or results and responsibilities from testing or trialing this Software and services shall be borne by you.

8.5 【Content Sent and Disseminated by Users and Complaint Handling】

8.5.1 If VJSP discovers or receives reports or complaints from others that a user violates the terms of this Agreement, VJSP has the right to delete and block the relevant content without notice at any time, and impose penalties on the violating account based on the severity of the behavior, including warning, restricting or prohibiting the use of part or all of the functions, account ban until cancellation, and announce the handling results.

8.5.2 If you find any content within this Software and services that infringes upon your rights, or have any feedback or suggestions regarding the generated content, please notify VJSP immediately, providing preliminary evidence of your relevant rights. VJSP will handle your complaint promptly according to legal regulations. However, if you publicly disseminate generated content that is sensitive, unreasonable, ambiguous, or otherwise non-compliant, any infringement, disputes, or losses arising therefrom shall be borne by you, and VJSP shall not be held responsible.

8.5.3 If you are complained against by others or you complain against others, VJSP has the right to provide the necessary information of the relevant parties in the dispute, such as the subject, contact information, and complaint-related content, to the relevant parties or departments to resolve the complaint dispute promptly and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all parties.

9. Intellectual Property Statement

9.1 VJSP is the intellectual property rights holder of this Software. VJSP provides technical support for the development and operation of this Software. All intellectual property rights of this Software, including copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, etc., and all information content related to this Software (including text, pictures, audio, video, charts, interface design, layout framework, relevant data, or electronic documents, etc.) are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and relevant international treaties. VJSP enjoys the above intellectual property rights, except for the rights that relevant rights holders should enjoy according to legal provisions.

9.2 Without the written consent of VJSP or the relevant rights holders, you shall not implement, utilize, or transfer the aforementioned intellectual property rights for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, either by yourself or by licensing any third party.

9.3 You understand and agree that during your use of this Software, you may submit input content such as text (collectively referred to as "Input Content") to this Software. This Software receives and responds to your Input Content to generate code and output code content (collectively referred to as "Output Content"). The specific types of Input Content and Output Content are subject to the actual product functions. You understand and promise that the Input Content and the text, code content, etc., published by you when using this Software are either original to you or you have obtained legal authorization, and do not contain any content that violates legal and regulatory provisions, infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others (including intellectual property rights such as copyright, patent rights, trademark rights, and other rights such as personal rights and personal information rights), or is contrary to public order and good customs. If the Input or Output Content itself contains content for which VJSP enjoys intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests, the corresponding rights and interests of such Input or Output Content shall still belong to VJSP, and their ownership shall not change due to being included in the Output Content.

10. Terminal Security Responsibility

10.1 You understand and agree that this Software, like most internet software, may be affected by various factors (including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc.); it may also be subject to various security issues (including but not limited to others illegally using user data for harassment in real life; viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious programs in other software downloaded and installed by the user or other websites visited, threatening the security of your terminal device and data, thereby affecting the normal use of this Software, etc.). Therefore, you should enhance awareness of information security and personal information protection, pay attention to password protection, to avoid losses.

10.2 You must not produce, publish, use, or disseminate malicious programs used to steal this Software's accounts and others' personal information and property.

10.3 Maintaining software security and normal use is the common responsibility of VJSP and you. VJSP will take necessary technical measures reasonably and prudently in accordance with industry standards to protect the information and data security of your terminal device, but you acknowledge and agree that VJSP cannot provide any guarantee in this regard.

11. Third-Party Content, Software, or Technology

11.1 When users use this Software or require VJSP to provide specific services, this Software may call content resources provided by third parties or support user use or access through third parties. The results of such access content, use, or access are provided by the third party, and the intellectual property responsibility for the corresponding content, software, or technology shall be borne by the third party.

11.2 If this Software uses third-party software or technology, VJSP will, in accordance with relevant regulations or agreements, display relevant agreements or other documents, possibly through appendices to this Agreement, packaged in specific folders of this Software's installation package, or through open-source software pages, etc. They may be expressed in forms such as "Software License Agreement," "License Agreement," "Open Source Code License," or other forms. This Software contains relevant third-party open-source code or software. You should comply with the usage instructions and the usage requirements of the relevant agreements to use and conduct secondary development (if any) of such third-party open-source code or software compliantly. The aforementioned relevant agreements or other documents displayed in various forms are an integral part of this Agreement, have the same legal effect as this Agreement, and you shall comply with these requirements. If you violate these requirements, the third party or state authorities may file lawsuits, impose fines, or take other sanctions against you, and require VJSP to provide assistance. You shall bear legal responsibility yourself, and VJSP has the right to stop providing services upon discovery.

11.3 If any dispute arises from the third-party content resources, software, or technology provided or uploaded to this Software, and from your use and processing of third-party content resources, software, or technology through this Software, it shall be resolved by you and the third party, and VJSP shall not bear any responsibility. VJSP does not provide customer support for third-party content resources, software, or technology. If you need support, please contact the third party. If this causes VJSP to suffer any direct or indirect damage, loss, or infringement claims, you shall compensate VJSP.

12. Disclaimer

12.1 You understand and agree that although VJSP has made its best efforts, due to the technical bottlenecks inherent in the technology on which this Software and services rely and the fact that the generated content is automatically generated by AI models, VJSP still cannot make any guarantees regarding the following matters:

(1) Does not guarantee that this Software will meet your actual or specific needs or purposes, or that any products, services, or other content obtained through this Software will meet your expectations.

(2) Does not guarantee that this Software is 100% accurate and reliable, functional, available, timely, secure, error-free, uninterrupted, free from interference, continuously stable, or free from any faults.

(3) This Software does not truly understand your input content like a human, nor does it understand the underlying potential risks and ethical issues. The output of this Software does not constitute any advice or decision-making for you, and does not guarantee the authenticity, completeness, accuracy, timeliness, legality, functionality, and practicality of the generated content. The generated content should not be regarded as internet news information, nor can it replace professionals in fields such as medicine and law in answering your corresponding questions. The generated content is for your reference and provides auxiliary functions only, and does not represent any attitude, viewpoint, or position of VJSP. You need to make independent judgments based on your actual situation. VJSP shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising therefrom, nor for the risks arising from your reliance on this Software.

(4) The generated content of this Software cannot exclude the possibility that some information may be flawed, unreasonable, or cause discomfort, and its generated content does not represent the attitude or viewpoint of VJSP.

(5) Does not guarantee the accuracy, stability, and completeness of the code, programs, and the content they point to in this Software.

12.2 You understand and agree that during the use of this Software, you may encounter risk factors such as force majeure that affect this Software. Force majeure refers to objective events that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and cannot be overcome, and have a major impact on one or both parties, including natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics, and storms, as well as social events such as war, unrest, and government actions. In such cases, VJSP will strive to cooperate with relevant units as soon as possible to seek timely processing, but VJSP shall be exempt from liability for losses caused to you within the scope permitted by law.

12.3 VJSP shall not be liable for service interruption or obstruction caused by the following circumstances:

(1) Damage caused by computer viruses, Trojans, or other malicious programs, or hacker attacks.

(2) Failures in the user's or VJSP's computer software, systems, hardware, or communication lines.

(3) Improper operation by the user or the user's use of this Software through unauthorized means by VJSP.

(4) Outdated program versions, aging equipment, and/or compatibility issues.

(5) Other circumstances beyond VJSP's control or reasonably foreseeable.

12.4 You understand and agree that during the use of this Software, you may encounter risks brought by network information or the behavior of other users. VJSP does not assume responsibility for the authenticity, applicability, or legality of any information, nor is it responsible for damages caused to you by infringements. These risks include:

(1) Information from others that is anonymous or冒充, containing threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content.

(2) Being misled, deceived by others, or other resulting or potentially resulting psychological, physical harm, or economic losses.

(3) Other risks caused by network information or user behavior.

12.5 The right obtained by VJSP to handle illegal content according to the provisions of this Agreement does not constitute an obligation or commitment of VJSP, and VJSP cannot guarantee timely discovery of illegal acts or corresponding handling.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 VJSP has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. You can check the relevant agreement terms in the latest version of this Software. After the terms of this Agreement are changed, if you continue to use this Software, it will be deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using this Software.

13.2 The place of signing this Agreement is Changning District, Shanghai, People's Republic of China.

13.3 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).

13.4 If any dispute or controversy arises between you and VJSP, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the competent people's court in the place where this Agreement is signed for jurisdiction.

13.5 The headings of all clauses in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and have no actual meaning themselves, and cannot be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.

13.6 If any clause of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses shall remain valid and binding on both parties. (End of main text)
