To facilitate your registration, login, use of related services, and to provide you with a more personalized user experience and services, we may collect and use your relevant information when you use VJSP. 1. Scope of Application of this Policy
1.1 This Policy applies to the products and services provided by Shanghai Ruicheng Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "VJSP" or "we") via the website, unless otherwise agreed in this Policy.
1.2 This Policy does not apply to products and services provided to you by other third parties. For example, when a third-party service provider (i.e., a seller) provides you with products or services, the usage policies, service agreements, etc., regarding relevant information and data shall be separately determined by you and the service provider.
1.3 This Policy applies to all information, materials, etc., submitted when you register for a VJSP account, as well as the information you submit while using VJSP or that VJSP collects to provide services to you (excluding Customer Data), the aforementioned information is collectively referred to as "User Information." For example, name, business license, ID number, contact information, etc.
1.4 Customer Data refers to various types of data that you process in any manner, including but not limited to uploading, transmitting, storing, analyzing, distributing, etc., during your use of VJSP, including but not limited to users' personal information collected or generated by you in your daily business activities.
1.5 You shall ensure that the Customer Data is collected and used (including but not limited to entrusted processing, etc.) in accordance with the law, and that you will not and have not infringed upon the legal rights of any individual or entity in any way.
1.6 You guarantee that you have the right to use VJSP to process Customer Data in any way, including storage, transmission, analysis, distribution, etc. We will process your Customer Data according to your instructions and entrustment.
1.7 You understand and agree that China and other countries/regions may have relevant regulations regarding data storage, cross-border transfer, etc. Before you use VJSP to perform operations such as storing or transmitting Customer Data, you shall conduct sufficient and necessary assessments and approvals in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the relevant regions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
1.8 You can learn more about policies related to Customer Data through the 《Service Agreement》
1.9 If the specific VJSP services you use have other requirements for User Information, etc., we will inform you through service rules. Please decide whether to use the relevant services based on the content of the service rules.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 We may collect your information in the following ways:
2.1.1 Information you actively submit, such as information filled in or uploaded by you or a subject authorized by you during account registration, profile completion, etc.
2.1.2 Information submitted or recorded by our employees or partners (e.g., your service provider) on your behalf, such as your relevant information filled in or uploaded in the VJSP system by a specific service provider entrusted by you.
2.1.3 Information we collect by actively collecting or generating corresponding records during your use of our services, such as the login time recorded in the background when you log into your VJSP account, your operation records when using specific VJSP services, etc.
2.2 To complete the registration of a VJSP account, you need to submit lawful, legitimate, and valid information, etc., based on the registration method you choose, including but not limited to WeChat ID, QQ number, email address, WeChat Official Account, username, name/designation, mobile number, etc.
2.3 If you use an account from another platform to log into the VJSP platform or associate/bind an account from another platform with your VJSP account, you will authorize VJSP to obtain relevant information from your other platform account, including but not limited to WeChat ID, QQ number, email address, WeChat Official Account, mobile number, nickname, avatar, gender, etc. If you log in via another platform or use VJSP through methods like account association, and the services you use require real-name authentication, you need to undergo separate real-name authentication on the VJSP platform or synchronize and authorize the original real-name authentication information to VJSP to smoothly use such services.
2.4 Real-name authentication is an important basis for determining account ownership. When performing special security operations (such as permission transfer, account transfer, etc.) or using certain specific scenario functions (such as sharing content, etc.), you must undergo real-name authentication as stipulated by VJSP or as prompted by the product. For the security of your account, please be sure to submit lawful, authentic, and valid information.
2.5 The information involved in registering and managing an account is closely related to your management and use of the VJSP account and VJSP services (e.g., verifying your identity, etc.). Please be sure to carefully confirm and maintain it; when the aforementioned information changes, please update it promptly.
2.6 To provide continuous services and ensure service quality, during your use of VJSP, we will record and save information related to your login and use of the services (but will not include operations after entering the service), including but not limited to:
2.6.1 Operation records: We receive and record your operation records and related information when using VJSP, such as identity ID, operation time, operation content, IP address, etc.
2.6.2 Log data: Including your browser information and type, device information, the date and time of your initiated conversations and completions, operational events like copying and inserting in technical conversation code areas; trigger count, acceptance count, accepted character count, average response time for code completion/continuation, etc.
2.6.3 Contract information: If you need to apply for offline delivery or product testing, etc., as necessary for the performance of the contract, you should provide necessary information such as contact person, contact details, address, invoicing information, order details, etc.
2.6.4 Other information: Such as device information, work order records, consultation communication records, etc.
2.7 To provide you with services such as AI technical conversation and code completion:
2.7.1 Technical conversation relies on the content you input, meaning we need to collect and record the demand description information you input and generate corresponding intelligent replies for you.
2.7.2 In the code completion service, we need to obtain your code context information to complete the completion.
2.7.3 The code information you upload or generate within VJSP is entirely owned and controlled by you. Except for the usage scenarios and purposes listed in this Agreement, we will not store your code nor use it for other scenarios not authorized by you, such as model training.
2.8 If you need to join a partner cooperation plan, you must sign a separate relevant agreement. As necessary for the performance of the contract, you should provide necessary information such as contact person and contact details.
3. How We Use Cookies and Related Technologies
3.1 We may collect and use your information through Cookies and other related technologies. The specific purposes for our use of Cookies include:
3.1.1 Remembering your identity. For example: Cookies help us recognize you as our registered user.
3.1.2 Analyzing your use of our services to provide you with more thoughtful personalized services, including but not limited to customized pages, recommendations, etc.
3.2 You can refuse or manage Cookies through your browser settings. However, please note that if you disable Cookies, you may not be able to enjoy the best service experience, and the availability of certain features may be affected.
3.3 The relevant information recorded through VJSP Cookies will be subject to this Policy.
4. How We Use the Collected Information
To provide you with high-quality, convenient, and secure services, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, we may use the collected information for the following purposes:
4.1 To provide services to you.
4.2 To meet your personalized needs. For example, language settings, location settings, personalized help services and instructions, or responding to you and other users in other aspects.
4.3 Service optimization and development. For example, we will optimize our services based on the information generated when the VJSP system responds to your requests. For example, to fulfill the terms of this Policy or the service agreements/rules of other related products/services you use.
4.4 Protecting VJSP, VJSP users, and VJSP's partners. For example, we will use your information for identity verification, security prevention, fraud monitoring, and judging the security of your account, etc. For example, when you use security functions or other similar services, we may detect malicious programs or viruses, or identify fraudulent information for you. For example, when handling relevant disputes or complaints, providing relevant information to the relevant parties to better promote the handling and resolution of disputes and complaints.
4.5 To push relevant business messages (such as financial messages, product messages, VJSP dynamics, etc.) and commercial advertisements to you. For example, VJSP may use your mobile number, email address, WeChat, and other contact methods to send commercial advertisements to you via SMS, phone calls, emails, WeChat Official Account pushes, or any other method, to promote VJSP or other services on the VJSP platform.
4.6 To provide you with services more relevant to you. For example, based on the statistics and analysis of your information or the statistical and analytical data of other VJSP users, providing you with similar functions or services that you might be interested in.
4.7 Inviting you to participate in surveys about our products and services.
4.8 We may integrate, analyze, etc., the data of VJSP users using one or more VJSP services, either separately or combined with user data from other services, to form statistical user reports, business analysis materials, etc. (collectively referred to as "Statistical Materials"), which may be shared, published, displayed, etc., internally or externally by VJSP. We will ensure that the Statistical Materials do not involve information that can identify specific users.
4.9 Other scenarios where it may be necessary to use the collected information. If the usage scenario has no reasonable connection to the initial scenario, we will re-obtain your consent before using the information.
5. Information We Share and Transfer
We will not share your information with any unrelated third party without your consent, except in the following circumstances:
5.1 We may share your information with our affiliated companies (referring to any company that is now or in the future controlled by, controls, or is under common control with Shanghai Ruicheng Software Co., Ltd.), third-party service providers, service providers, and agents, solely for the following purposes:
5.1.1 Necessary for providing the corresponding functions or services described in "2. Information We Collect," and necessary for the purposes described in part of "4. How We Use the Collected Information."
5.1.2 Necessary to fulfill our obligations or exercise our rights under the 《Service Agreement》 or this Policy.
5.1.3 To provide better services, we may entrust third-party service providers, service providers, and agents (collectively referred to as "Partners") to provide services to you, including but not limited to consulting services, customer service, product recommendations, technical services, etc. Therefore, as necessary to provide services to you, we will share certain information of yours with Partners. For example, to complete identity verification, to provide you with more suitable products and services, etc.
5.1.4 For products and services jointly developed and provided by us and Partners, to achieve your purpose of using such products and services, we may need to share part of your information with the Partners.
If we share your information with any of the aforementioned third parties, we will only do so based on lawful, legitimate, necessary, and specific purposes, within the scope necessary to provide the services, and we will use agreements and other methods to ensure that the third party complies with this Statement and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures we require when using your information, and承诺 not to use your information for any other purposes.

6. Information Storage Location and Duration
6.1 In accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, we will store the User Information collected within mainland China within the territory of mainland China.
6.2 We typically only retain your information during the period we provide services to you, and the retention period will not exceed the period necessary to fulfill the relevant purposes. However, in the following circumstances, and solely for purposes related to the following circumstances, we may need to retain your information or part of your information for a longer period:

7.1.3 We attach great importance to information security compliance and fully protect your information security with industry-leading solutions.
7.1.4 In the event of a security incident such as personal information leakage, we will initiate emergency plans to prevent the security incident from expanding, report it in a timely manner according to the requirements of laws and regulations such as the "National Cybersecurity Incident Emergency Plan," inform you of the relevant situation by sending emails, push notifications, announcements, etc., and provide you with security handling suggestions.
7.2 To more effectively protect your information security, we also hope you can strengthen your self-protection awareness and measures. VJSP accounts have security protection functions, but you also need to properly protect your information. Unless you deem it necessary, do not provide your account password and other information to any third party.
8. How You Manage Your Information
8.1 You can access, modify, and delete your User Information. To protect your account security, legitimate rights and interests, etc., different information may have different requirements for access, modification, and deletion (e.g., changing real-name authentication information requires identity verification). However, according to legal regulations, in the following situations, we may not be able to respond to your request:
(1) Related to our fulfillment of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;
(2) Directly related to national security and national defense security;
(3) Directly related to public security, public health, and significant public interests;
(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(5) There is sufficient evidence indicating that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
(6) Necessary for protecting the life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals, but where it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person;
(7) Responding to your request will cause serious harm to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations.
8.2 After you complete registration, you can perfect, modify, etc., your account information.
8.3 You can modify your message subscription settings, choose how to receive subscription messages, or select the categories of messages you wish to subscribe to. However, as the pushed messages may be closely related to your account security and service use (e.g., account arrears notifications, product expiration/reclaim notifications, etc.), we recommend that you do not unsubscribe to avoid missing messages.
8.4 We will collect, use, and store your information in accordance with legal requirements or the agreement between both parties. If we collect, use, or store your information in violation of legal provisions or the agreement, we will correct or delete it.
8.5 If the information we collect and store about you is incorrect and you cannot correct it yourself, you can request us to make corrections.
8.6 If you need to cancel your account, you have the right to do so through the methods and procedures published by VJSP. After verifying your identity and clearing account assets (e.g., prepaid funds or obtained product services, etc.) and disputes, we will provide you with account cancellation services. After successful cancellation, all services and data under that account will be deleted and cannot be recovered. After you cancel your account, we will retain your relevant information as required by relevant laws and regulations; after the statutory retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information according to law.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may revise the terms of this Policy from time to time, and such revisions constitute part of this Policy. If the aforementioned revisions may substantially reduce your rights under this Policy, or involve important changes such as expanding the scope of information we collect and use, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on the VJSP website, sending you an email, or by other means before the revision takes effect. In such cases, if you continue to use our services, it means that you agree to accept the revised content.
10. Protection of Minors
Our products, website, and services are primarily aimed at adults. However, we attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information and strictly process minors' personal information in accordance with relevant legal provisions. If you are a minor over the age of 14, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy under the guidance and supervision of your guardian (such as your parents) before using our relevant services. Specifically, if you are a child under the age of 14, you should obtain the consent of your guardian and confirm your agreement to this Privacy Policy before providing your personal information to us. If you are the guardian of a child, please pay attention to whether the child under your guardianship uses our services after obtaining your authorization and consent.

If we find that we have collected personal information of a minor beyond the above scope, we will strive to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
