⚠️ Important Notice: The following terms do not form part of the Apache 2.0 License but are legal compliance requirements you must adhere to when using the AI services, visualization features provided by the VJSP plugin, or connecting to remote resources.
Obligation of Lawful Use You commit to using this plugin solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and your locality, including but not limited to the Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law, Personal Information Protection Law, etc. It is prohibited to use it for illegal activities that endanger national security, undermine public social interests, infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others, etc.
Liability for AI-Generated Content The plugin may call AI models to generate code, text, or other content. Such content is automatically generated by algorithms and may contain errors, biases, or legal risks. VJSP developers and contributors make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, security, or suitability of the generated content. You should independently review, verify, and bear all responsibility for using such content.
Data Security and Privacy Protection If you provide data to the plugin during use (such as database connection information, business logic descriptions, etc.), you must ensure you have legal authorization and take necessary measures to ensure data security. It is recommended to inject sensitive information (such as passwords, keys) via environment variables and avoid committing it to version control systems.
Trademark and Brand Use Restrictions "VJSP", "VJSP AI Studio", and related logos are the legal property of the relevant rights holders of the project, protected by the Trademark Law and the Anti-Unfair Competition Law. You may not use the aforementioned identifiers for promotion, publicity, or to imply official endorsement in any way without written permission.
Reiteration of Disclaimer Scope To the maximum extent permitted by law, VJSP contributors and the maintenance team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this software (including plugin services), whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or other legal theories.
